The pool robots we would actually put in the water

Seven machines made this list because the Amazon listing was live and the spec answered a real pool. One of them, the OYEMIA SAT25, is the featured cordless pick. The others are here on merit, including two corded DEENO cleaners that are useful and not the headline.

1. OYEMIA SAT25

The SAT25 is the cordless robot to shortlist when the pool is a normal inground under about 2,150 square feet and you would rather drop in a battery machine than manage a cable. It is not the robot to buy if your water is full of fine silt, you want a long warranty, or you need years of owner reviews before you spend.

Best for: Inground pools up to about 2,150 sq ft that want cordless floor, wall, and waterline cleaning

The public listing did not show a large review histogram when we checked it on November 4, 2026. Treat the spec sheet as the evidence, not a crowd verdict.

2. Beatbot AquaSense 2

Buy the AquaSense 2 when the pool is large, you care about the waterline, and you want a robot that waits on the surface instead of dying on the floor. Skip it if you need a machine a smaller person can lift every day, or if mixed owner reports on suction make you nervous.

Best for: Larger inground or above-ground pools where retrieval and waterline scrubbing matter more than a light carry

The listing showed 3.9 stars from about 408 ratings, with owners split on debris pickup, battery life, and wall climbing.

3. Aiper Seagull Pro

The Seagull Pro is the sensible cordless climber when the pool is under about 1,600 square feet and you want a known brand with a two-year window. It is the wrong buy for a very large pool or for someone who needs the waterline done at the start of every cycle rather than after the floor.

Best for: Inground pools up to about 1,600 sq ft that need wall and waterline climbing without a cable

Indexed ratings on this colorway sat around 4.4 stars from a few dozen reviews when we looked it up.

4. Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus

Choose the Nautilus CC Plus when you want the boring, well-known corded clean and your pool is a straightforward inground bowl. Do not choose it for a spotless tile line. That is a different Dolphin, or a cordless climber that actually lists the waterline.

Best for: Inground pools that want a proven corded scrubber and do not mind a floating cable

This ASIN has one of the longest review trails in robotic cleaners, historically around 4.3 stars across many thousands of ratings.

5. WYBOT B1

The B1 is the cordless pick for a smaller pool when you want edge brushes, an app, and a machine you can lift. It is not the pick for a large inground bowl. That job belongs to a longer-running robot.

Best for: Smaller inground and above-ground pools where weight and edge cleaning matter more than a huge coverage number

The listing showed about 4.5 stars from roughly 148 ratings, and Amazon marked dozens bought in a recent month.

6. DEENO Hydro 4

The Hydro 4 earns a place as the corded machine for a dirty inground pool, not as a default recommendation. Buy it when leaves overwhelm a cordless robot. If the waterline scrub is the whole point and the pool is shorter, compare the Hydro 4 SE before you check out.

Best for: Opening season and leaf-heavy inground pools where a battery would quit before the bowl is done

About 4.2 stars from 31 ratings when we opened the listing. Enough to read, not enough to treat as settled.

7. DEENO Hydro 4 SE

The Hydro 4 SE is the corded robot in this lineup to consider when the waterline is dirty and the pool is close to the outlet. It does not outrank the cordless picks for a simple weekly floor clean. It earns the slot because the waterline behavior and the fine basket are specific.

Best for: Above-ground or inground pools that need a corded waterline scrub and a shorter cable run

About 4.8 stars from 26 ratings on the day we checked. Promising and still a small sample.

Short answers

What is the best robotic pool cleaner for a normal inground pool in 2026?

For a residential inground pool around 2,000 square feet, start with the OYEMIA SAT25. It is cordless, lists floor, wall, and waterline cleaning, and claims 180 minutes. Read the thin review history before you skip the return window.

Should I buy corded or cordless?

Cordless if the cable is what you refuse to manage and the pool fits the battery claim. Corded if the pool is filthy at opening or you do not want a battery to age out. The Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus and the DEENO Hydro 4 are the corded options here.

Do these robots replace brushing the waterline?

Only the models that list waterline cleaning, and even those miss grease. The Dolphin Nautilus CC Plus climbs walls and is not the waterline model in Dolphin's chart. The WYBOT B1 listing leads with floor and walls.
