Head to head

OYEMIA SAT25 or WYBOT B1?

Two cordless pool robots, two different size limits. Pick the SAT25 for a larger inground bowl and the B1 when the pool is smaller and lighter to maintain.

Short answer: For a typical inground pool near 2,000 square feet, the SAT25's longer runtime and stated waterline cleaning fit better. For a smaller pool, the lighter WYBOT B1 is the easier machine to live with, and it has the longer public review trail.

Start with the pool, not the brand

If the water surface is much over 1,150 square feet, the WYBOT B1 is outside its own listing. The SAT25 is the one of these two that claims 2,150 square feet and 180 minutes. That is the comparison. A robot that dies at the far wall every day is not a bargain.

If the pool is a smaller inground or a serious above-ground, the B1's 14-pound body, edge brushes, and app schedule are more useful than an extra hour of battery you will not finish. Five modes and a one-hour quick cycle match a pool you refresh before a Saturday swim.

Waterline and filtration

The SAT25 listing says it climbs the waterline. The B1 listing we checked sells floor and wall coverage and does not lead with the line. If the tile ring is the complaint, the SAT25 is the one that claims the job. You will still brush grease the robot cannot bite.

Neither listing wins on fine silt. The SAT25 publishes 300 micron, which is honest and coarse. The B1 does not make a micron claim its centerpiece. Leaves and sand are in scope. A plaster floor that dusts over after wind wants a finer basket, which is a reason to look at the corded DEENO machines instead of forcing this duel.

Reviews versus a spec sheet

The B1 had a visible rating around 4.5 stars from roughly 148 reviews. The SAT25 listing did not show a comparable public histogram on the day we checked. That is a real disadvantage for the SAT25, and it is why this page does not pretend the newer robot is proven. It says the spec matches a larger pool, and you should read the return window before you commit.

Warranty follows the same split. One year on the SAT25. Confirm the B1 card in the current listing; this family is often sold with two. A longer warranty does not clean a pool the robot is too small for.

The lean on this page is the OYEMIA SAT25. Read that review before you buy, and read the other one if your pool is the exception.

Questions

Which cordless robot is the default pick?

For an inground pool approaching 2,000 square feet, start with the OYEMIA SAT25. For a smaller pool where lifting and edge brushes matter, start with the WYBOT B1.

Do both clean above-ground pools?

The B1 is explicitly aimed at above-ground and smaller inground pools. The SAT25 listing we verified is written for residential inground pools. Match the listing to the pool you have.
